I am a resident of Cleveland, a transplant from Chattanooga.  I have lived here for over ten (10) years and have grown to love this town.  This is a place  that once you come here something about it just sticks in your memory.  I love having the opportunity to introduce people to all the things that Cleveland has to offer.  Combine that with the opportunity to help you find a home or property or whatever kind of real estate you want or need and you have someone who will work hard to make your real estate dreams come true.  

I ask lots of questions and listen carefully to your answers, so that I understand what you want.  I want to make sure that we are a good team working together to have a successful adventure in your real estate search.  I will also answer your questions as many times as it takes so that we are all on the same page at the same time. The reason I say this is because everyones mind works in different ways and at different speeds., we have good days and we have bad days.  If you ask a question and I don't know the answer, I know where to go to find the answer.

I have been with 1st Choice Realtors for four (4) years.  Thre realtors here are very knowledgeable and have many years of experiance upon which I am able to utilize and call on when needed. 

Education is a key factor in any business and real estate is no different.  Having continually updated my education as needed to stay on top of current trends in the market, I have just completed my SFR certification.  What is SFR?  It is a certification for Short Sale Foreclosure Resource consultant.  This means that if you or anyone you know, were to find themselves in need of assistance, I can provide you with resources for assistance, resoures to provide the proper answers to your questions, resources to show you the different options available to you and the necessary steps that you need to take that best fit your circumstances.

In todays world, homes are not always worth what we paid for them, circumstances changed since the loan was taken out.  It is hard to see your dreams of home ownership being taken away or think of loosing you home.  Unfoutunately, many people don't realize that there is help available, or know where to look for it.  It is also true, that even with the help that is out there, not every home can be saved.  The SFR consultant can point you in the right direction so that you can see for yourself  the options available.  As you do your investigation, you will see the steps that you need to take, who to contact,  a guide to follow.  If you home is one that can't be saved there are also different options, depending upon your circumstances, what steps you followed and so on that can lessen the burden on your mind and your credit.  I will be glad to assist you, if you need me send me an email to denise.bivens@century21.com , attention SFR help.  Rest assured that any information you provide will be strictly conficential.
